How to activate the program?

Ubuntu Software Center and Snap Store provide only demo version. You need to install and run packages from our website. Please follow simple installation guide here.

Can not analyze a external hard drive.

While adding external hard drive you faced with Snap Store isolation issue. Snap Store policy don't allow to detect drives properly because of some limitations.

Snap and AppImage packages on the website overcome this. All drives will be recognized properly.

The app runs for a few minutes and then blank window appears.

For huge amount of files app needs a little more RAM. Make sure you have enough swap space and don't run other RAM intensive programs in the same time.
